Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition
  • Free from excessive wear or damage
  • Returned with all original packaging, when possible

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged.
  • We sent the wrong item.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear.

Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@sipstrainer.com. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement, please contact us and we'll help determine the best solution.
